We need a highly energetic, bubbly individual to manage customer queries within our group. Customer services is a major foundation of our company and one of our major aims is to provide an awesome service to our customers no matter how they interact with our brand. We offer our customers a local service within what may be a “large organisation” environment. This means that no matter how much we grow we will always want to maintain that personal touch we have with our customers. The AsianD8 family are encouraged to communicate with customers as much as possible whether it is via phone, email, facebook, twitter or at events. The role also requires supporting our nationwide events team. We currently run over 200 singles events across the UK each year and require someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail, and more importantly someone who wants to help people find love.

• Moderation of profiles.
• Responding to customer service queries over telephone, email and live chat.
• Regular status updates of our twitter and facebook presence.
• Maintaining office supplies/stationary.
• Liaising with partners, venues, booking in events.
• Assist in preparing weekly marketing material
• Establish staffing schedules, task assignment and equipment allocation to ensure the smooth running of each event.
• Processing event matches.
• Co-ordinate our events team.
• Occasional travel to events.

• Effective time management, planning and organisational skills required.
• Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to problem solve, work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment.
• Marketing and social media knowledge advantageous.

We are currently looking for a dynamic person to join our team in a part time role as Bookkeeper & Administration assistant. The role will require working and reporting to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will be part of a special team which is expanding quickly.

• Must have previous experience of Sage 50
• Sales ledger & purchase ledger
• Bank reconciliations & expenses
• Cash flow management
• Production of management accounts and reports and trial balance
• Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Managing staff expenses

Required is a bright junior to middleweight ASP.NET programmer to join a dynamic, friendly team in our Ealing based office. This is a great role for someone to get involved in a range of website, social media and mobile development projects. The successful candidate will be part of a special team which is expanding quickly and has customer satisfaction at its core. You would be working on both client projects and sister company projects using the latest technology.

Every year we run in excess of 200 Asian single events comprising of various formats (speed dating, padlock parties & social single events). A great deal of thought and planning goes into events from the venue, location, structure and aftercare. But nothing is as important as the staff we entrust to ensure that you have a great time meeting other singles.

We are currently in the process of adding to our exciting team of event staff! Our events are growing day by day and have never been so busy. An average speed date will attract up to 50 attendees whilst a padlock will be anywhere between 100 – 350 (depending upon location). Our singles events predominantly take place in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Leicester & Manchester.

You’ll be responsible for a range of responsibilities from understanding the companies ethos (why we do what we do), assisting attendees throughout the event and providing unbelievable customer service.
