NEWS: How to get your free ticket with EventPass

This blog is for all of those members that have the Event Pass within their membership [that includes all premium members]. We have made some important updates to the way you get your free ticket; see below for full details.

1. Which events can I attend?

If you have purchased the Event Pass extra you can attend pretty much all singles events for Free.  This includes speed dating, padlock parties and mingling events; however, on some occasions we may run a special type of event (such as bowling or cooking for singles) which will need to be purchased. You will get 20% off which will be deducted during check out for these special type of events.

2. I’ve noticed some changes. How can I get my free ticket(s)? 

We’ve made some changes to the way the event pass works; in the past members could invite themselves to events for free by clicking on the banner above the tickets. Members were then prompted to fill out a form and they were sent an email confirming attendance. However, we’ve made changes! If you have the Event Pass you will have the option of selecting the event pass ticket for the event just like you would for a normal ticket (see image below)…

It’s now even easier to get your free ticket to an event. All you need to do is select the event pass and click add to basket. You will need to follow the normal steps through to check out and confirm your details. On completion of this process you will recieve your e-ticket confirmation. It’s as easy as that!

4. Event Pass Terms and Conditions

We noticed that every now and then one or two of you that have received your free ticket sometimes don’t turn up to events. This can be frustrating as we aim to have an equal number of male and female attendees! If you get a free ticket using your event pass and don’t show we will keep a record of this; if you do this on three occasions you will lose your even pass privileges.
